Overview Join our dynamic landscaping and fencing team as a Fence and Landscape Laborer or Forman! Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of fences using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipmen Operate groundskeeping equipment such as skidsteers, excavators, compaction equipment, hydroseeder, various power tools and irrigation systems to ensure healthy landscapes Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support horticultural health and landscape design goals Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to maintain a secure work environment Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping and construction equipment Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems Ability to identify plants, trees, and shrubs accurately for proper care and pest management Strong outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping projects Understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites, equipment operation, and outdoor environments Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety purposes This role is ideal for individuals who thrive outdoors, enjoy hands-on work with landscaping materials and equipment, and are committed to maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor spaces.
