Noel Property Maintenance (NPM) is seeking dependable and experienced folks that have plowing experience. The job can start today finishing up the season with a bit of mowing, leaf removal, then get right into snow season. Once winter begins, staff is put on salary and only work when there is snow/ice to remove. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping/plowing experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Starting pay of $52,000 annually (based on $25/hour) + OT over 40/week Higher pay opportunities for candidates based on plowing experience $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (details discussed during the interview process) Guaranteed minimum 40-hour work week, year-round (approx.
