Groundskeeper - Full-Time North Country Manor | Bothell, WA North Country Manor is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain our 126-unit apartment community. This entry-level position plays an important role in keeping the property clean, attractive, safe, and welcoming for our residents and visitors. Training will be provided. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Primary Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community grounds Pick up litter and remove debris throughout the property Clean walkways, parking areas, common areas, and other exterior spaces Empty outdoor trash receptacles and maintain dumpster areas Assist with basic landscaping and seasonal property upkeep Complete exterior painting and touch-ups Assist with outdoor projects and property improvements Help maintain fences, signs, curbs, walkways, and other exterior features Help prepare vacant apartment homes and community spaces as needed Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property damage Provide courteous and professional service to residents and team members Assist the maintenance team with additional projects and duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful community Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Comfortable performing physical work and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, painting, janitorial, or property-maintenance experience is helpful but not required Benefits Eligible employees receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Supplemental insurance options Paid vacation Paid sick leave Paid holidays Employee rent discount for team members who live onsite If you are reliable, take pride in your work, and would enjoy helping maintain a community that residents are proud to call home, we would love to hear from you.
