🌿 Full Time Landscape Crew Member / Lead Bed Maintenance

We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects . We are seeking knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working outdoors, wanting to grow with a company and take pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape bed maintenance including pruning, weeding, hedging, and clean-up Assist with enhancement projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel installation, and seasonal landscape improvements Interact professionally with property owners and managers Safely operate landscape equipment and hand tools Follow direction from Crew Leads while maintaining company quality standards Maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Landscape, lawn maintenance, or grounds maintenance experience preferred (training available) Valid Washington Driver's License required Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Must be 18 years or older Pay & Benefits $22-$25 per hour DOE Full-time positions available Monday-Thursday schedule (some Fridays during peak season) Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and PTO for eligible full-time employees Retirement 401K Overtime opportunities Paid training and advancement opportunities Modern equipment, supportive team, and professional work environment If you're looking for a career in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or landscape construction , we'd love to hear from you.
