Landscaping Crew Lead | Enhancements (Drivers License Req)
Job Description
🌿 Landscaping Crew Lead | Enhancements Division North County Landscape Co. has proudly served Whatcom County since 2003. We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in landscape maintenance, lawn maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects . We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to lead a crew while delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape services. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a crew of 2-4 employees Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, hedging, weeding, edging, leaf clean-up, and blowing Complete enhancement work including bark installation, gravel spreading, planting, and seasonal landscape improvements Ensure work meets company quality, safety, and productivity standards Operate landscape equipment and train crew members on proper techniques Report equipment issues and assist with daily clean-up Qualifications Minimum 2 years of landscape or lawn maintenance leadership experience Experience operating landscape equipment Knowledge of pruning and plant care Valid Washington Driver's License with an insurable driving record Reliable, positive leader with strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work Must be at least 22 years old to drive company vehicles, as required by our commercial vehicle insurance.
