GM > Accommodations Manager Job Summary The Campus Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring a clean and presentable property for incoming hotel guests. This role will work alongside our accommodations and facilities teams to execute daily tasks related to cleaning, maintenance and the upkeep of the property. An energetic, self-starter is an ideal candidate for this position. Duties + Responsibilities Manage recycling for the entire campus property Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of property amenities like bikes, saunas, pool area, common areas. Wash all windows for hotel and restaurant to improve guest visibility Seasonal landscaping duties Maintain cleanly appearance of common areas by sweeping, wiping down touch points and replacing garbages Light maintenance responsibilities such as un-clogging/snaking, drains, replacing lightbulbs, etc. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Campus Leadership Team Must interact with guests in a positive and accommodating manner Permission to Play Values These values represent the essential, non-negotiable behavioral standards required for every member of our team: Kindness

Qualifications Must have valid driver's license Must be 18+ Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend availability is required
