Landscape Role About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team in maintaining a private estate. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to take pride in preserving a beautiful, well-managed property. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in landscape and facility maintenance, and has a genuine appreciation for outdoor work. How You Will Make an Impact Maintain all lawns, trees, gardens, and shrubbery through regular mowing, edging, fertilizing, and seasonal care Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and maintain safety Upkeep of parking areas, including trash removal, weeding, sweeping, and general facility cleanliness Maintain equipment, lighting, and perform general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, snow and ice management, mulching, and planting What We're Looking For Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license Working Conditions Full-Time 16-40 hours per week with potential for seasonal variation Primarily outdoor work across a large acreage property
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
