Job Overview Evergreen Lawn Care is a local lawn care and snow removal business serving residential and commercial properties across the Appleton/Fox Cities area. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking crew member to join our team for the season. This is hands-on outdoor work with a small, local crew — not a big corporate operation. You'll work a set weekly route, and pay increases with hours as snow season ramps up.

Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties on a set route Handle snow removal (shoveling, snow blowing) during winter months, often early morning Perform light landscaping and weeding as needed Operate lawn equipment safely and carefully (we run electric equipment)

Requirements:
