Snow Removal Technician JJ Lawn Care Services, LLC - DeForest/Madison, WI JJ Lawn Care Services, LLC is looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Technicians to join our winter team.

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PICKUP TRUCK

Responsibilities:

Remove snow from residential and commercial properties Shovel sidewalks, walkways, steps, and entrances Operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment Clear driveways and parking areas Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed Respond to snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Safely operate and maintain equipment Communicate with management regarding property conditions and equipment issues

Requirements:

MUST have your own reliable pickup truck Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work in cold, snowy, and windy conditions Ability to work flexible hours based on snowfall Physically capable of shoveling and moving snow for extended periods Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$20-$30+ per hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and equipment operated.

Schedule:

Snow removal is weather-dependent. Technicians may be called in for snow events during early mornings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Major storms may require extended shifts.
