  • Full-time Job Summary We are looking for crew leaders for mowing routes.
A individual that can play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks to ensure properties look their best. Whether mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your work will directly contribute to creating inviting and well-kept environments for clients. We value motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in delivering top-quality lawn care. Must be team player. Duties Mow lawns using push mowers, zero turn mowers, or other equipment to achieve a neat, even appearance. Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools or power tools to promote healthy growth and enhance visual appeal. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, weeding, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor areas vibrant. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible. Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners, and hedge trimmers efficiently and safely for various landscaping tasks. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as skid loaders or snowplows is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Possessing your pesticide license is not a must but highly encouraged. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach toward safety and maintenance procedures.
