About Us:

Decker Landscape & Design is a growing landscaping company based in Little Chute, Wisconsin. This winter, we're expanding to Savannah, Georgia to continue landscaping year-round, and employees are welcome to come with us if they want to keep working and skip the Wisconsin winter. We're building a strong team and looking for reliable, hardworking people who want steady work, good pay, and an opportunity to grow with the company.

Position Overview:

We're hiring landscape laborers and crew members. Experience is preferred, but no experience is completely okay if you're dependable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic. We're looking for people who show up, communicate well, follow directions, work hard, and take pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities:

Planting, mulching, edging, trimming, grading, lawn repair, and general landscaping Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Assisting with landscape installations and property cleanups Loading, unloading, and moving landscape materials Keeping job sites clean and professionally finished Working efficiently with the rest of the crew Following directions and communicating clearly

Requirements:

Valid driver's license is required Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Must be respectful, trustworthy, and able to work as part of a team Equipment operation or leadership experience is a major plus
