Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards of work Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, planting, fertilizing, and weed control Perform tree care activities such as trimming, removal, and health assessments Coordinate landscaping projects from planning through execution while adhering to timelines and budgets Provide guidance on gardening techniques, horticultural practices, and general landscape upkeep Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and proper maintenance of tools and equipment Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services Strong background in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles Knowledge of construction practices related to outdoor projects and landscape installation Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care procedures, and general maintenance tasks Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively Hands-on experience with landscape equipment operation and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into stunning environments!
