Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn and snow labors to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team.

Position:

Snow Blower / Sidewalk Snow Removal Operator Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds pristine. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of all landscape elements. Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Conduct landscape installation projects including planting new greenery, installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls, and maintaining existing structures. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and promote healthy growth. Adhere strictly to safety procedures during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping practices. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and power tools. Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
