TTK Custom Services LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our crew. We do a little bit of everything, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working outside, isn't afraid of hard work, and is willing to learn. Our work includes lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, and other outdoor projects. Experience is great, but we are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn. What You'll Be Doing Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Mulch, decorative stone, topsoil, grass seed, and sod installation Planting and trimming bushes, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping Spring and fall cleanups Weed control and general property maintenance Helping build retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, and other hardscape projects Drainage and downspout work Operating hand tools and power equipment Helping operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Snow plowing, shoveling, and winter property maintenance Other landscaping and property maintenance work as needed What We're Looking For We need someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Is willing to work hard and stay busy Can work outside in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather Can handle physical work, lifting, digging, raking, and being on their feet throughout the day Takes care of tools and equipment Can follow directions and work well with others Pays attention to the quality of their work Is willing to learn new equipment and new types of jobs Has landscaping, construction, equipment, or mechanical experience — a plus, but not required Has a valid driver's license — preferred We are looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck.
