Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Snow Plowers/Walk Crew Members to join our outdoor maintenance team during winter months. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for clients. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help us deliver reliable winter services that keep properties accessible and secure. Duties Operate snow plowing equipment such as plows, shovels, and hand tools to clear snow from sidewalks, pathways, and entryways Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and enhance safety Inspect work areas regularly to identify hazards or additional snow accumulation needing attention Follow established safety protocols during all outdoor winter operations Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools after each shift to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with team members regarding work progress or safety concerns Assist with minor landscaping or groundskeeping tasks as needed during off-season periods Requirements Prior outdoor work experience, especially in snow removal or grounds maintenance preferred Mechanical knowledge of snow plowing equipment, hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently in winter conditions Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including plant identification, irrigation systems, hardscape features, and gardening basics is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures in outdoor environments Physical stamina to perform manual labor in cold weather conditions for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently Join our team to help keep outdoor spaces safe and accessible during the winter season!
