Crew Leader Crown Landscaping & Lawn Services is looking for an experienced, motivated Crew Leader to lead a lawn care crew in the field — servicing both commercial and residential properties across our service area.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew performing commercial and residential grass cutting Cut lawns with excellence and attention to detail Perform quality control to ensure every property is completed with excellence Manage time effectively to keep the crew on schedule and productive Upsell customers on additional services we offer Identify and help secure new lawn accounts within existing routes

Requirements:

Knowledge of how to operate lawn care machinery: zero-turn mower, weed eater, edger, blower, etc. Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test Prior lawn care/landscaping experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented
