Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for treating residential and commercial lawns. Your hands-on approach will ensure every lawn is properly cared for and looks its best, creating a beautiful outdoor environment that customers love. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and develop your skills in lawn treatment. Responsibilities Perform lawn treatments of fertilizer and weed control, as well as disease control, to create pristine turf conditions. Operate tools such as sprayers, hoses, and spreaders. Maintain and repair irrigation systems to keep landscapes properly watered and healthy. Conduct landscape enhancements via shrub care to promote plant health and deal with diseases and pests to create an aesthetic appeal. Assist with company projects as needed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Demonstrates mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools. Background in lawn care and treatment or horticulture preferred but not required. Ability to operate tools safely and effectively. Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time and routes. Ability to professionally interact with customers and be helpful and informative. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of outdoor aesthetics. Valid driver's license a must with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills related to lawn treatment and maintenance tasks.
