MOBILE SPRAY TANNING STYLIST WANTED

Professional spray tanning experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for experienced artists who can confidently walk into a client's home and deliver an exceptional white-glove experience from day one. In addition, being comfortable with nudity is a must. If you do not have professional hands-on spray tanning experience, this position will not be the right fit.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE POSITION

Independent Contractor Role This is an Independent Contractor position. To work with Spray Valet, there are a few business-related requirements that must be completed during onboarding. We will provide all of the information and guidance needed to complete these steps. Equipment Requirements You must have your own: Spray tanning machine Spray gun Carrying bag Backup solution bottles Mini cooler/lunch pail Towels Spray Valet will provide: Our private-label solution Tent Hair nets Don't have equipment yet? No problem. We'll provide trusted recommendations and direct links to purchase everything you'll need to begin. Starter equipment packages typically range from $280

• 560 depending on the professional quality you desire.

Transportation Requirements This is a mobile position that requires frequent driving throughout the city.

You must:

Have a reliable vehicle Be comfortable traveling to clients' homes Cover your own gas and vehicle expenses Please keep transportation costs in mind when considering this position.

SCHEDULING

One of the benefits of Spray Valet is that you'll have a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility with On-Call schedules. What to Expect 2-4 shifts per week Shifts are typically 4-5 hours long The same shift schedule each week Flexible part-time or full-time work One of the benefits of working with Spray Valet is flexibility. Whether you're looking to build a long-term career in the beauty industry or complement another part-time or full-time position, this role can adapt to your goals. Many of our valets maintain other professional pursuits while growing their business and clientele with Spray Valet into a full time role. Most valets end up working with us long term for 5+ years. How On-Call Shifts Work Appointment volume varies based on client bookings and the hours and shifts you work.

During your shift:

You may have appointments every hour You may only have a few appointments during your shift Some days are busier than others While on-call, we ask that you remain local to your service area, as last-minute appointments may become available. You will also have opportunities to pick up other appointments and shifts from other valets through our App system. It's a great way to support your fellow team members, meet new clients and see how a different schedule is.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage appointments through the Spray Valet Stylist App Communicate with clients through the app when needed Manage rescheduling Deliver exceptional client experiences Resolve client concerns professionally in the appointment setting Represent Spray Valet with professionalism and care Maintain a clean and professional setup

COMPENSATION

Daytime Appointments 9:00 AM

• 8:00 PM $30 per person/tan 20% gratuity Late-Night Appointments 9:00 PM
• 8:00 AM $70 per person/tan 20% gratuity Additional Earnings Out-of-area travel fees ($10
• 40) are paid directly to you depending on area map. If a client becomes a member after an appointment with you valets receive a $10 kickback. Depending on appointment location, group size, and timing, many valets earn $40
• 150+ per appointment.
