Job Description
We are looking for experienced landscaping, lawn-care, irrigation, hardscape, and outdoor-property-service contractors to complete customer work orders across Hartford, West Hartford, Glastonbury, and surrounding Central Connecticut communities. We are adding a limited number of subcontractor crews to help cover customer jobs in selected service areas. Applications may be paused in certain towns or ZIP codes once enough approved field coverage has been added. This is paid, project-based 1099 subcontractor work . It is not an hourly, salaried, or employee role. About the Work Local Landscaping Partners receives customer requests for outdoor-property services and helps coordinate the quote process, scheduling, customer communication, payment processing, work-order routing, and administrative support. Approved customer work orders are assigned to qualified subcontractor crews based on service territory, type of work, pricing structure, crew size, equipment, availability, and ability to complete the job professionally. Approved contractors may be matched with work orders based on: Services offered Approved towns, cities, and ZIP codes Crew size and availability Equipment and vehicle capacity Pricing structure Residential or commercial job preference Ability to complete accepted work safely and reliably Subcontractor crews complete accepted jobs using their own labor, vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, and insurance. Types of Jobs Customer work orders may include: Lawn mowing and recurring property maintenance Edging, trimming, blowing, and cleanup work Spring and fall cleanups Leaf and yard-debris removal Mulch installation and bed refreshes Shrub, hedge, and small-tree trimming Planting and landscape improvements Sod repair, seeding, and lawn restoration Drainage and grading support Irrigation service and repair Pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Residential, HOA, apartment, and light commercial grounds maintenance Exterior cleanup and outdoor-property support Work availability depends on customer demand, season, location, service category, pricing, and subcontractor capacity.
