Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Technician/ Crew Lead to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes while leading a crew of skilled technicians. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscape maintenance and horticulture while guiding a team toward excellence in outdoor beautification. Must have 3 year experience, valid drivers license, and pass a background check. Responsibilities Oversee daily landscaping operations, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care to ensure pristine results. Lead and supervise a crew of lawn technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to promote teamwork and productivity. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weed control to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide professional recommendations. Skills Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team-leading experience in outdoor settings. Knowledge of landscaping techniques, and general garden maintenance. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small construction tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to landscape health or equipment malfunctions promptly.
