The ideal applicant will be a self starter with a strong background in Horticulture. This position will be responsible for performing applications to turf, tree and shrubs.
Candidate Must have:
3 years experience in Commercial Pest Control Management in FL. Clean driving record . Lawn Spraying/Fertilizing/Pest Control Experience. Have working knowledge and be able to identify issues that may arise on lawns/plants /trees (insects, fungus, etc.). Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish). (Preferred) Basic Computer Knowledge a plus. Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills, Detail Oriented, Versatile, Teachable, Team Player and can work independently, and motivate a team. Excellent attendance and reliability. We work Monday through Friday with some Saturday's up to 10 hour shifts. The job will require work outside in the weather and elements. Candidates should have experience working in these environments and feel comfortable working in them.

Job Requirements:
Have a commitment to Safety in all job areas: Driving, Service, and training. Knowledge and staying up to date of SDS and chemical uses. Have a commitment to provide an honest and exceptional customer experience. Have experience driving a company vehicle with trailer. Identify, diagnose, and treat turf and ornamental issues as they arise, of unknown health and damage problems. Mixing and applying turf and tree/shrub care products and read material labels, while providing accurate record of products used. Provide fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, recommendations, and services as required. Preparing and dispensing horticultural chemicals as required to insure proper growing conditions for plants. Orders and maintains equipment, supplies and materials required for service work. Maintains truck inventory records, cleanliness and performs periodic inspections. Physical Demands and Working Conditions 1. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. 2. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
