Join our environmental consulting firm and: Apply herbicides to invasive plants to keep out native plants thriving and in competition. Assist land clearing on large Florida land projects. Perform aquatics management work on ponds, canals and wetlands. Help restore Florida native environments with planting and seeding. This is a physical job in outdoor Florida conditions. Join the team and you'll traverse some of Florida's most wild landscapes including marshes, hammocks and remote upland areas. This is a GREAT career opportunity with an established, privately-owned firm and can be a long-term position with room for advancement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum age 21 years old (for insurance purposes) Clean, valid Florida Driver's License with the ability to pass a 5-year MVR Screening High school diploma or equivalent education Able to pass a law enforcement background check Clean drug & alcohol screening Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Willing to work with a tight team in challenging environments Lift loads up to 50 pounds
