Spray Seal / Asphalt Sealcoating Technician

Key Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in asphalt sealcoating, paving, pavement maintenance, or related constructionPrevious experience with commercial parking lots, roads, driveways, or large pavement projects is a plusExperience with asphalt surface preparation, cleaning, and blowingAbility to assist with crack filling, patching, and asphalt repairsAbility to load, mix, and handle sealcoating materialsAbility to safely operate and maintain sealcoating and construction equipmentMust be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work
