Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This paid position welcomes motivated individuals with experience in landscape maintenance while enjoying a supportive team environment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery including excavators and snow plows to perform various landscaping and construction activities Help with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features Conduct lawn care routines including aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush growth Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetic quality across all project sites Requirements Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators and snow plows is a plus Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license We value teamwork, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, qualities that help us deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients.
