Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Residential Lawn Specialist Aerator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will focus on aerating lawns to promote healthy root growth and improve overall turf health. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in grounds maintenance and landscaping while making a positive impact in local neighborhoods. Responsibilities Operate lawn aeration equipment safely and efficiently across residential properties Prepare work sites by inspecting the area and selecting appropriate tools and machinery Perform routine maintenance on power tools, ground equipment, and landscaping machinery Identify different types of grass, plants, weeds, and pests to ensure proper treatment and care Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and basic gardening as needed Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any issues or hazards promptly Experience Prior outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and landscaping equipment essential Familiarity with irrigation systems, plant identification, and pesticide management advantageous Knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy machinery and hand tools required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Strong understanding of horticulture principles, lawn care techniques, and tree trimming practices beneficial Join us to grow your career in a vibrant environment where your skills contribute directly to enhancing outdoor spaces!
