Lawn Maintenance Technician Marzano Lawn Care and Landscaping New Port Richey, FL 34655 $14.50 - $17.00 an hour - Full-time $14.50 - $17.00 an hour - Full-time Lawn Maintenance Technician Marzano Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC is a fast-growing lawn and landscape company serving the New Port Richey area. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, treating customers with respect, and creating opportunities for employees to grow with our company. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a career in the landscaping industry. Responsibilities String trimming around fences, trees, buildings, and landscape beds Blowing grass clippings and debris from driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other hard surfaces Edging sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds Mowing residential and commercial properties Trimming hedges and shrubs Maintaining mulch and landscape beds by removing weeds and debris Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment Working safely while maintaining a professional appearance on customer properties Qualifications Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement into mower operation, crew leadership, and additional responsibilities Hands-on training Consistent work schedule Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company If you're dependable, motivated, and looking for a company where your hard work is recognized, we'd love to hear from you.
