Mowing Team Starting Pay:

$18.00/hr Full‑Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Horizon Village Co‑op is seeking reliable, hardworking maintenance crew members to join our dedicated mowing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in keeping a community looking sharp, and knows their way around essential landscaping equipment. Position Overview You'll be part of a grounds‑maintenance crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing throughout the community. This is a guaranteed 32 to 40‑hour‑per‑week position with steady daytime hours and no weekends. Requirements Must be 18+ Experience operating and maintaining a zero‑turn mower, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Dependable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures Hardworking—Don't be afraid to work!
