Augusta Lawn Care Services of Panama City is hiring a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a physical, fast-paced outdoor position for someone who takes pride in completing quality work and leaving every property looking finished. Professional lawn-care experience is strongly preferred, but we will also consider candidates with proven outdoor labor experience, strong reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. Compensation $20 per hour guaranteed base pay Pay-for-Performance opportunities Productive crew members can earn $24+ per hour Approximately 35-40 hours per week Your earnings can increase as you demonstrate dependable attendance, efficient production, consistent quality, and the ability to complete work with less supervision. Schedule Our primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday. Friday is used when weather or other delays prevent the route from being completed during the regular week. Applicants must be able to work full outdoor days and remain flexible when weather affects the schedule.
