Job Description
Crew Member - Ridenhour's Lawn Service, LLC. Ridenhour's Lawn Service, LLC. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team! We are a family-owned and operated lawn service company providing quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services to our customers. We take pride in our work, our employees, and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities
- Mow residential and commercial properties
- Weed eat/trim around homes, trees, fences, and landscaping
- Edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbs
- Blow off sidewalks, driveways, patios, and other hard surfaces
- Perform basic yard cleanups and landscaping work
- Assist with mulch, rock, flower beds, and plant maintenance
- Assist with sprinkler/irrigation work when needed
- Properly operate and care for lawn equipment
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow company safety and lawn-care procedures
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and various weather conditions
- Able to lift, carry, and handle lawn-care equipment
- Previous lawn-care experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license is a plus
