Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for full-time Lawn & Grounds Care Specialists to perform lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance plus additional activities that maintain the safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal of Boley Centers properties.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining lawns and landscaping across Boley properties. Supporting property cleanliness and curb appeal. Operating landscaping equipment safely. Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of lawns. Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, and shrub maintenance. Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from property grounds. Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, entrances, and exterior building areas. Safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Report hazards or maintenance issues observed on property. Assist with maintaining landscaping equipment and tools. Support seasonal landscaping and property upkeep tasks. Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines. Work collaboratively with the grounds team to maintain property appearance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of landscaping, grounds care, or property upkeep experience preferred. Valid Florida driver's license. Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
