In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through expert landscaping, grounds maintenance, and equipment operation. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to keep lawns and landscaped areas neat and healthy Operate power tools, hand tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper watering schedules Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy landscape growth Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants and the environment Execute hardscape projects such as planting beds, pathways, or retaining walls as needed Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care techniques Ability to identify various plants, pests, and irrigation components with confidence Knowledge of pesticide management and safety protocol adherence Hands-on outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects Familiarity with hardscape installation and snow plowing during winter months Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance Join us in transforming outdoor environments into stunning landscapes!
