Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Spray Technician and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into lush, healthy landscapes! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying lawn care products, including fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control solutions, to ensure vibrant, pest-free lawns. Your expertise will help clients achieve their outdoor goals while maintaining safety and environmental standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to combine technical skills with outdoor work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate spray equipment and hand tools to apply lawn care and pest control products across various properties Assess lawn conditions to determine appropriate treatments for weeds, pests, and nutrient deficiencies Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols when handling chemicals and farm machinery Maintain accurate records of treatments applied and areas serviced for reporting and compliance purposes Conduct routine inspections of equipment, ensuring all power tools and spray systems are in optimal condition Drive company vehicles to different job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and recommend ongoing lawn care solutions Requirements Prior experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and spray equipment operation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety procedures Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments! Pay:
