This position is responsible for applying fertilizer, weed control, and other turf management products to commercial and residential properties while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality lawn care standards. Key Responsibilities Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and other approved lawn care products according to company standards and state regulations. Operate and maintain spray rigs, spreaders, trucks, and other application equipment. Inspect properties and identify turf, weed, insect, and disease issues. Accurately document applications, product usage, and service records. Follow all safety procedures, label requirements, and environmental regulations. Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations. Perform routine equipment maintenance and report repair needs. Assist with additional landscaping and lawn care duties as needed. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain or maintain applicable pesticide/fertilizer applicator licenses and certifications. Previous lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or fertilizer application experience preferred. Knowledge of turfgrass management, weeds, fertilizers, and pesticide applications is a plus. Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
