Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely and effectively following all pesticide management guidelines and safety protocols Utilize ladders, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to access hard-to-reach areas or perform treatment procedures Implement integrated pest management strategies that prioritize environmentally responsible practices and minimize chemical use Educate clients on pest prevention techniques, including landscaping, lawn care, and habitat modification Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving safety standards and company policies Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, treatment plans, safety procedures, and client interactions Experience Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with pesticide application knowledge, chemical handling procedures, and pest control chemical management Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about pest issues and solutions Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Join our family orriented team to make a difference by protecting communities from pests while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
