Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming and truck driving (IE. tractor operation, gps proficiency, truck and tractor repair/maintenance). This role involves applying heavy gallon rate fertilizer as well as low gallon rate chemical applications. The Applicator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our company and their farming operation. Hourly pay plus annual commissions $6k - $20k! Responsibilities Operate and maintain Case Patriot 4440 sprayer for effective application. Operate and maintain truck, trailer, and pumps for transporting product and sprayer to client locations to provide on-site services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure safe and timely applications. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client. Maintain, and remain current on applicators licensing. Experience Previous experience in farming, and truck driving preferred. Familiarity with farm machinery, power tools, and welding. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid class A CDL.
