Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 / hour (based on experience) About the Role Wolfpack Exterior Services is hiring a reliable, detail-driven Window Cleaning & Lawn Maintenance Technician . You will handle recurring residential and commercial exterior care, helping local properties stay sharp, clean, and well-maintained throughout the season. Whether executing a streak-free clean on a two-story home or delivering clean, crisp mowing lines on a regular route, your eye for detail and commitment to quality will directly represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities Window Cleaning:
Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using water-fed poles, squeegees, scrubbers, and specialized streak-free cleaning solutions on residential and commercial buildings.
Lawn Care & Maintenance:
Safely operate commercial mowers (walk-behind, stand-on, or zero-turn), string trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Maintain sharp edges, uniform cut heights, and clean bed lines.
Property Cleanups:
Clear debris, manage spring/fall leaves, clear grass clippings from hardscapes, and ensure sites are left immaculate.
Daily Route & Documentation:
Follow daily routes, complete before-and-after photo documentation, and update service status via mobile field management software.
Equipment Care:
Conduct daily pre-run and post-run inspections on blades, fluid levels, hoses, and rigs; maintain clean, organized trailers and gear.
Client Interaction:
Greet clients professionally on-site when needed and communicate clearly, representing the business with pride.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Experience in residential/commercial window cleaning (traditional squeegee and water-fed pole systems) or professional landscape maintenance is a plus, but we are ready to train motivated applicants who take pride in physical work.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driving service rigs/trailers).
Physical Demands:
Comfort working on ladders (up to 2-3 stories) and handling equipment; ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outside in varied Midwest weather conditions.
Work Ethic:
Strong attention to edge work, glass clarity, and punctuality. Reliable transportation to the shop/starting location. What We Offer Steady weekly route hours with competitive starting pay.
