Turf Kings - Northwest Indianapolis Turf Kings is hiring a Lawn Aeration Technician to perform professional core aeration and overseeding services for residential homeowners throughout northwest Indianapolis. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused on improving the health and appearance of our customers' lawns while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Structure Performance-Based Pay (P4P) Guaranteed minimum: $17.00/hour Most technicians earn $20-25/hour based on production and efficiency Weekly pay Performance bonuses available What You'll Do Perform core aeration and overseeding services on residential lawns Operate commercial aerators, seed spreaders, and other lawn equipment Load, unload, and prepare equipment and materials each day Safely operate company vehicles while completing assigned service routes Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Maintain your equipment and perform routine inspections Report equipment or mechanical issues promptly Deliver quality work while meeting daily production goals Most of your day will be spent outdoors servicing residential properties throughout the Indianapolis area.
