Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Lawn Technician and become a vital contributor to creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' properties are vibrant, well-kept, and inviting. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to mow, edge, prune, and tidy landscapes efficiently and safely Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, fertilizing, and watering to promote healthy growth Use hand tools and machinery like shovels, and rakes for planting beds, soil preparation, or minor construction projects Trim trees and shrubs using pruning shears or chainsaws to enhance landscape aesthetics and health Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools and landscaping equipment such as mowers, and trimmers Strong lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including planting, pruning, and horticulture principles Ability to use hand tools effectively for gardening tasks or minor construction work Experience with tree care techniques such as trimming or removal using appropriate equipment Familiarity with snow plowing equipment and procedures is a plus for seasonal coverage Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects when needed Good communication skills with a team-oriented attitude; willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and maintenance Valid driver's license Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference! Pay:
$15.50 - $22.45 per hour
