In addition to servicing lawns, our technicians actively help grow the business by recommending services, generating reviews, participating in neighborhood outreach, and supporting customer growth initiatives. We specialize in fertilization, weed control, lawn insect services, and aeration & overseeding - no mowing or landscaping. This is a production-based outdoor role where you'll work independently, completing scheduled routes each day. Depending on your strengths, training progress, and seasonal business needs, you may be assigned to lawn applications, aeration & overseeding, or a combination of both throughout the year. You'll be responsible for managing your time, staying on pace, and completing your work without direct supervision. You'll spend most of your day independently running your own route instead of standing over a shoulder waiting for instructions. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a physically active outdoor environment.
