Lawn Care Applicator BlueOak Outdoor | Tonganoxie, KS | Full-time BlueOak Outdoor is hiring a lawn care applicator to deliver fertilizer, weed control, and other turf treatments for residential and commercial customers. We're looking for someone who takes pride in healthy lawns, works safely, and communicates well with customers. What you'll do Apply scheduled lawn treatments according to product labels and company procedures. Inspect lawns, identify weeds and turf concerns, and recommend appropriate next steps. Keep accurate treatment records and communicate service notes to customers and the office. Maintain application equipment, vehicles, and materials. Help build lasting customer relationships and grow our lawn treatment division. What we're looking for Experience with lawn care applications and turf identification. An applicator license, or the ability to obtain and maintain the licenses required for assigned work. A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements. The ability to work outdoors, lift and handle materials, and manage a daily route independently. Strong attention to safety, detail, and customer service. Why join BlueOak Outdoor?
