Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and ladder equipment to perform lawn spraying and pest control tasks. Apply chemical agents for pest management and lawn care following pesticide application knowledge and safety protocols. Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans using integrated pest management strategies. Follow all safety procedures including respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, ladder safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines. Communicate clearly with customers to explain services provided, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with the results. Maintain accurate records of chemical applications, pest control activities, and safety compliance documentation. Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Skills Strong knowledge of pesticide management, pest control methods, entomology principles, and lawn care techniques. Experience operating ladders safely and using hand tools or power tools effectively in outdoor environments. Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery, landscaping equipment, and company vehicles operation. Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while adhering to all safety protocols including respiratory protection. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Familiarity with confined space entry safety procedures and pesticide application regulations.
