Job Description
Paragon Property Management is a premier landscape company serving high-end residential properties throughout the South Shore of Massachusetts. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Licensed Pesticide Applicator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Apply fertilizer, weed control, insecticides, fungicides, and other landscape treatments according to Massachusetts regulations and company standards. Perform mosquito and tick control applications. Safely operate fertilization and spray equipment. Inspect properties and identify turf, tree, and shrub health issues. Maintain accurate application records and required documentation. Follow all environmental regulations, safety procedures, and label requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle and equipment. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Qualifications Active Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the operation of fertilization and mosquito/tick spray equipment. Ability to identify common turf, weed, insect, and plant health issues is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
