Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform various lawn care tasks such as applying fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides safely and effectively.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery
- Provide excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly each day.
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Perform outdoor work in various conditions.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care with is preferred but will train the motivated candidate.
- Massachusetts pesticide / Connecticut pesticide license preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment. Skills
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as ride on machines.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining equipment.
