Responsibilities:

• Perform various lawn care tasks such as applying fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides safely and effectively.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery
• Provide excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
• Communicating with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly each day.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Perform outdoor work in various conditions.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Previous experience in lawn care with is preferred but will train the motivated candidate.
• Massachusetts pesticide / Connecticut pesticide license preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment. Skills
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as ride on machines.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining equipment.
