Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your hands-on skills and passion for horticulture! In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the environment and delight clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every project meets high standards of quality and safety. Whether working on lawn care, landscape maintenance, or hardscape installations, you'll play a vital part in transforming outdoor areas into stunning, sustainable spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Conduct lawn care duties like aeration, fertilization, edging, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf Assist with hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Provide tree care services such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal while adhering to safety standards Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and staff Maintain equipment through routine inspections and repairs to ensure reliable performance during all seasons Collaborate with team members on landscape design ideas and project execution to deliver exceptional results Requirements Proven experience or strong interest in landscaping, horticulture or related outdoor work environments Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Strong understanding of safety procedures related to equipment operation and landscape work Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license; experience operating heavy machinery like excavators is a plus but not required Join us in creating beautiful landscapes that inspire pride!
