Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and gardens with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting areas that clients love. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and the use of various tools and equipment while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine lawn appearances. Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, Weed whackers, and backpack blowers. Conduct tree care activities like trimming and pruning to enhance safety and aesthetics. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Requirements Experience in mowing and property maintenance is
REQUIRED
Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery. Passion for lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning for health and safety. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting and manual labor. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing tasks efficiently. Installation knowledge of General landscape criteria a plus Positive attitude, Self Motivated, Dependable, Energetic 2 weeks (if needed) of training at $15.00 then a conversation about what the pay will be going forward Job 1 Type (Crew Member) : Full-time/Seasonal (April•November) hourly: $16.00•$18.00 per hour Job 2 Type (Crew Lead) :

$18.00•$22.00 per hour
