This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who works safely, takes pride in quality, accepts coaching, and treats customers and teammates with honesty and respect. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, weeding, gutter cleaning, aeration, and related lawn-care work. Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove Christmas-light displays. Use tools, equipment, ladders, vehicles, and PPE safely. Protect customer property and leave each job clean and customer-ready. Complete required photos, notes, and job closeout documentation. Report damage, hazards, equipment issues, and customer concerns promptly. Communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Continue developing skills in both lawn care and Christmas lighting. Requirements Dependable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in changing weather. Able to perform physical work and lift or carry job materials. Reliable transportation to the shop or assigned meeting location. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve. Ability to use a smartphone for communication, photos, and job documentation. Previous landscaping, outdoor labor, construction, decorating, or equipment experience is helpful but not required.
