Experience is required. We need someone who can come in and already knows how to: Safely and efficiently operate commercial zero-turn/stand-on mowers Weed whip cleanly without scalping turf or damaging trees/property Edge sidewalks, driveways and beds Use backpack blowers and leave properties completely cleaned up Mow clean, straight stripes and make proper turns without damaging turf Recognize wet/unsafe areas before driving equipment onto them Take care of equipment and report problems Follow instructions and work efficiently without needing constant supervision Most importantly, we're looking for someone who actually takes pride in how a property looks when we leave. Speed matters, but quality comes first. Must be dependable, show up on time, wear company uniform, communicate with the crew leader, and treat customers and their property respectfully.
