Position Overview:

This is a full time, year round position for a Fertilizer Technician. Will assist with snow removal duties in the winter.

Key Responsibilities:

Use ride along fertilizer machine and sprayer to apply fertilizer, weed control, and pesticide for commercial and residential clients Assist mowing crews as needed Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and communicate effectively with clients Assist with snow removal duties in winter

Qualifications:

Must have Pesticide A & E licenses Category L license preferred Strong understanding of fertilizer terminology Experience handling, mixing, and applying pesticides and fertilizer Knowledge of mixing ratios Ability to identify weeds and turf diseases Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills DOT Card required

• must have currently or able to obtain Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift heavy equipment
