Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in hospitality. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality standards. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and assist with drink selections, enhancing their overall experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques to enhance menu offerings. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices in food service environments. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently (Toast) A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
